Your Privacy
The property includes two private guest villas and a separate owner/caretaker residence located above the garage at the rear of the property. We accommodate only one rental party at a time, so the pool, beach, dock, and guest areas are never shared with another rental group.
The owner/caretaker resides on-site and is available should you need any assistance during your stay, while always respecting your privacy and allowing you to fully enjoy the property.
Please Note: Guests regularly keep boats at our dock, including overnight, and the dock is typically accessible during both high and low tides. However, water depth can vary, and during an unusually low tide, some boats may temporarily sit too shallow or be unable to leave the dock until the tide rises.
We simply want our boating guests to be aware of this possibility so there are no surprises during their stay.
A dredging permit application is currently in process to provide more consistent access at all tide levels.
