The Calm Water Villas consists of three fully independent villas, each with its own private entrance and amenities. The owner/caretaker resides on-site in a separate villa located above the garage at the rear of the property. Routine property care and maintenance are provided as needed to ensure the grounds and beachfront remain clean and welcoming. All guest villas are fully private, and guest privacy is always respected.
